FIFA 21: 10 Improvements To Career Mode We Want To See
9. Have Other Managers Switch Teams
Ever since the inception of career mode, one of the main features of the game has been the dynamic transfer system, seeing footballers move between clubs and allowing players to assemble the team they always wanted.
In recent years EA has added real-world managers to the game, allowing the player to develop a heated rivalry with the likes of Jurgen Klopp and Pep Guardiola as they attempt to become the dominate force in domestic football.
Unfortunately, unlike the players, managers are automatically stuck at the club they begin the career mode with. So while the player character can travel the world taking charge of different teams whether, by choice or sacking, the vicious managerial merry-go-round that exists in football is disappointingly absent from the game.
While we're at it, why aren't real-world managers playable in the career mode? It seems silly to include the iconic gaffers and not give players the opportunity to step into their seat in the dugout.
