FIFA 21: 10 Improvements To Career Mode We Want To See

Being able to nurture a player from the moment they sign for the club until their retirement is one of the best features about career mode. EA have made it so it really pays to invest in your team's youth system in order to have a legion of prospects to replace an ageing squad.

However, the player training system that was once fresh and innovative has since gone stale and EA could really do with shaking things up to remedy this in the upcoming FIFA 21 title.

First of all, why can't the youth team actually be a team rather than just a collection of players? Having a youth/reserve team would allow a manager to give inexperienced players a run out without having to weaken the first team.

Once again, this wouldn't even be a new feature. Even in the early days of Be A Pro: Seasons: players had to rise up the ranks in an often officially licensed reserve team before they got the chance to strut their stuff on the big stage.
