FIFA 21: 10 Improvements To Career Mode We Want To See

1. Adding A Greater Level Of Interaction With Players

Another feature that was revolutionary when implemented but has since lost a lot of its lustre is that of the interviews. To its credit, FIFA 20 actually made some significant improvements to the press conference and player interaction systems by making it so a managers response can directly affect players moral.

For FIFA 21 to really continue to build on these improvements it would first need to eliminate some basic errors that never fail to show up. For example, have you ever had a player that starts every game, then when you decide to rest him ahead of a big upcoming fixture he's moaning that he never gets played? Basic errors like this, ruin the immersion of feeling like the squad are actually real players and is something that could easily be fixed.

Likewise, when talking to the media the game could easily make it so every, single, press conference wasn't just a repetitive bore. Just adding a smattering of variety could hugely benefit FIFA 21, and stop talking to the media from feeling like one of the most monotonous processes in the game.
