4. Team Events And Community Events
New modes within Ultimate Team are always welcome and should provide crucial extra content throughout the year. Each year Ultimate Team adds new modes to try and keep players interested. This year is no different with Team Events and Community Events the two main additions for FIFA 21.
Team Events are an idea that was used in FIFA a few years ago where you could represent your favourite team in weekly leagues. A similar mode, Match Day, was introduced last year to FIFA's rival PES with some success. This year, FIFA is bringing it back within Ultimate Team, in a mode that sees you pick a side and then earn points for your team to unlock specific rewards.
Community Events is similar and is something other games such as Pokémon Go have implemented in recent years. It will see all players working towards goals across a time period to earn rewards for the whole community.
There hasn't been a huge number of details released about either yet, but both are interesting ideas and hopefully will provide modes that are worthwhile for players to spend time in.
