FIFA Ultimate Team 15: 20 Ultimate Wishlist Features It Must Have

17. Remove Positions?

Real-life football doesn't follow a specific set of rules: if Jose Mourinho suddenly wanted to employ Eden Hazard as a central attacking midfielder, he could do it, but on Ultimate Team, should Mr Mourinho wish to do the same thing in the comfort of his own bedroom, or when he invites the players round for a quick game, it is impossible without taking a chemistry hit. Removing positions (or collecting them into a variety of more general terms €“ like making strikers and wingers Attackers, for example) would allow for more creative freedom in the game and that can't be a bad thing, can it?

16. Remove Chemistry?

Some people would see the Ultimate Team rulebook torn down even more though. Chemistry has always been an important feature in Ultimate Team, dictating how well your team performs though some vague in-game witchcraft. It does prevent your team from becoming an 'Ultimate' team though; mixing up various players and leagues will result in a poor chemistry score and an inferior team. Removing chemistry all together would make Ultimate Team's a much more Fantasy Football style experience but it would also remove a lot of the creativity in the game. Creating a hybrid team (a team that mixes various leagues and nationalities but still achieves max chemistry) can take a lot of skill and thought; removing chemistry would make it a lost art. It's certainly something for EA to think about though.

I have an addiction to achievements, a craving for new bands and a dream to become Captain America. I once finished second in a Mario Kart 7 tournament so I'm kind of a big deal.
