This must be the most longed for feature for Football Manager players. Actually being interviewed for the job. It's too easy to walk into a job in the game. How about we get grilled by the board when applying for that one 'big break' job? Ho about we state our ambitions for the club in jeopardy to the board? This however must have varying questions given the state of the club you are applying for, as I can see it becoming very boring, very quickly, much like press conferences within the game, where I just send my assistant these days as they are not worth the hassle unless it is a big game or a key moment happened. These are just 10 things which I believe will make Football Manager 2013 a more realistic experience and a solid game, if you have any suggestions about how you feel the game can be improved then let us know down below, I want to hear from fellow fans of the series.
