3. Simpler Contract Renewals
Ah, the one thing FM players hate more than anything, the annual renewal of contracts. It is too hard to put into words properly how tedious it is to renew 20 coach contracts AND THEN, 20 youth team contracts, AND THEN, 10 player contracts. If you are a player who enjoys doing everything for themselves and not letting the assistant manager do the contract renewals then Football Manager can become quite boring. What I would like to see is an option where you can group together people whose contracts are expiring at the same time, be that staff or players and be able to renew their contracts then, rather than bunching everybody together at the end of the season. It would save a lot more time that's for sure.
