Play him at attacking left midfield and reap the benefits, with the rest of your team taking advantage of the speedy outlet out wide, and strikers particularly profiting from his unselfish service. As the seasons advance, Ince gets better, and chips in with more goals and more assists, which again makes the fact that he's available for well under £10m a no-brainer.
