Football Manager 2015: 12 Players Who Will Definitely Be Over-rated

11. Raul Jimenez - Atletico Madrid

Having signed a long-term six-year deal at the Estadio Vicente Calderon, making his way to Spain for a fee of ‚10.5m million, much is expected of Raul Jimenez. The former Club America man is likely to be a back-up to marquee summer buy Mario Mandzukic, with a similar ability to play physically with his back to goal. At the age of 23, the Mexican has potential, but should be expected to contributed immediately, which should lead to a sharp upgrade of his FM14 stats - especially in the physical department, and that simply won't be a true reflection of the player's true progression. After leaving the Mexican Apertura as current top scorer, though the new season is merely a month old, Jimenez will certainly be bumped up to be a competing force within the Atleti pecking order. He is after all replacing the auspiciously talented Diego Costa, and unless SI Games are willing to downgrade Atletico as a La Liga force, they're going to have to accept the club's assessment of Jimenez as the next big talent.
