When bringing in a scout for tactical analysis, it would be useful to have more specific instructions during matches, with your analyst able to pick out certain moves from individual opposition players, or being able to gauge the width or tempo of your adversaries' system. Not only this, but a new staff addition could be made. We live in an era where technology and football are growing ever closer akin, so the presence of video analysts would be a novel idea. Perhaps reserved for clubs with higher finances, these members of staff would be able to give much more detailed pre-match reports and even focus more closely on individual's tendencies. Stationing staff with binoculars in camouflage over rivals' training grounds, as Genoa chose to last season, however, might be a little too extreme.
