You'll have yourself a world-beater if you can pull this transfer off. 23 year-old Rulli's potential marks him out as one of the best goalkeepers in the game - meaning you'd have to pay a ridiculous amount to sign him initially. That doesn't matter though, as the Argentine's contract only has a year to run. In most instances, he chooses not to renew - meaning you're free to pursue him for no transfer fee at all from December 29th.
