8. Borja Valero (Fiorentina)
A real classy addition to any Premier League outfit. Similarly to Boateng, 30 year-old Valero finds himself transfer-listed at the start of every FM16 save. The £6.25m asking price is buttons for what you'll be getting in the Spaniard - with his first touch, passing and technique standing him out as a fantastic budget playmaker in central midfield. Valero particularly fits the bill if you're looking to play a possession-based game, and if he hits the ground running, you can sell him for a tidy profit the following summer should you want to.
