13. Harry Chapman

Harry Chapman is one of the latest products to roll out of Middlesbrough's successful academy. He's very raw, but he's also very young. At 17, his Dribbling matches the youngster's age, while his Agility, Acceleration, and Flair add to the notion that he can absolutely slaughter lower-league full backs already. He does need a lot of work, from his Balance, Strength and across the board for his technical and mental attributes. He will grow though, and he's got huge potential if you loan and train him correctly. He may never have consistently solid attributes, but he'll develop several excellent ones that will devastate opponents in time.
