And again, though he doesnt start out with very good stats, if you let him stay with Ajax for his first year and send him out on subsequent loans, the 16-year-old has the potential to be one of the games best wide-men. Just make sure you encourage him properly, and dont let him rot in the reserves too long and the £4-5m he costs will look like a joke.
