Transfer Budget: £23.6m, Available Wages: £139k

The Premier League's absurdly lucrative television deal has resulted in some gigantic budgets in FM 2017, and only Middlesbrough, Bournemouth, West Ham, and Hull start below the £10m mark.

Swansea are the first to break £20m, and with more spending power than champions Leicester City, there's plenty of scope to go nuts in the transfer market. You might be short of wages after a couple of big signings, but that's nothing a couple of sales and a quick budget adjustment won't solve.

With a squad boasting players like Gylfi Sigurdsson and Fernando Llorente, Swansea have a decent core group but likely need a few fresh faces to push into the top 10.
