6. Naci Unuvar - Ajax
Dutch giants, Ajax, have always been one of the best clubs in the world when it comes to producing prodigious young talent from scratch. It's essentially their brand as a club, as a number of brilliant players have come from their academy. Now it looks like the latest standout from their ranks will be Naci Unuvar.
The 16-year old can play on the left wing or up front, but on the saves we saw, he managed to score goals regardless of the position he played. His finishing (15), technical (15) and dribbling (15) make him a threat early on in the game. When snapped up by the big clubs, he improved even more, consistently snagging 30+ goals each season.
Unuvar is no hidden gem. Ajax know they have a player on their hands and if you don't act soon, you'll see his valuation increase significantly and quickly. However, if you snap him up at the beginning of the game, he'll only cost a paltry £175,000.
