2. Improve Player Interactions

Footballers may be unfairly portrayed in the media as overpaid primadonnas with a predilection for terrible decisions, but as anyone who has played FM for long enough can attest, the game does little to disprove this stereotype.

This is particularly true of young players who seem to be on a mission to leave their boss as frustrated as is humanly possible in their interactions.

After you decide to be a benevolent gaffer and bring one of the prospects into the senior squad to get some experience without throwing them in at the deep end, suddenly a player who is nowhere near ready to dislodge a member of your first team is complaining at every opportunity that he isn't getting enough time on the pitch. FM21 needs to overhaul how players interact to stop managers everywhere wanting to pull their hair out every time they're forced to talk to their squad.
