For Honor: 10 Crucial Ups & Downs
7. Up: Classes And Customisation
For Honor does a great job of representing a variety of warriors and classes across their three factions, and they've been designed with great care and attention to detail.
Each faction currently has four distinct classes to choose from, and each of them feel like they make a difference on the battlefield through their highly specialised roles. Not all of them are great in every situation however, with classes such as the Viking Berserker and the Knight Conqueror being a lot more forgiving to players thanks to their large amounts of health and the devastating offensive capabilities they have.
This makes the likes of the Berserker and Conqueror great starter heroes for new players, but they're downright tide-turning in the hands of seasoned veterans.
Now, between these classes and all the players online you might get tired of looking at the same warriors after a while right? Well, not exactly. For Honor has this covered through an extensive set of customisation options that start by having you create your own personal emblem and heraldry (that can be used across all of your heroes) and goes right down to class-specific designs.
These include colours and patterns for individual sections of armour and clothing as you'd expect, but being able to customise each section individually can lead to some interesting designs and is a level of control and personalisation that is really appreciated.
