Gamescom 2011: SILENT HILL HD Hitting Coming to Xbox 360

Game won't be a PS3 exclusive as previously thought and collection includes both Silent Hill 2 and Silent Hill 3 with updated high-definition graphics, new voice talent, and achievements and trophies.

Konami announced today that the Silent Hill HD Collection will be coming to the Xbox 360 and won't be a PS3 exclusive as previously thought. The collection includes both Silent Hill 2 and Silent Hill 3 with updated high-definition graphics, new voice talent, and achievements and trophies. The game has no set release date or price (generally these remakes sell for ten dollars/quid less U.S. than a new game), but Silent Hill HD is rumored to be released early next year. I never played Silent Hill 2, everyone tells me I need to, so I am excited for this updated version and I am glad it got put on the Xbox 360 so more people have a chance to play a classic game. If you have already played the games are you still going to buy Silent Hill HD or is there not enough content to warrant another purchase?
