5. The Best Armour In The Game Resides In Two Specific Places

So, once you unlock the Bifrost at the center of Midgard, you'll look upon an entire wheel of location options you can target to travel.

The main story takes you through most of these locations, but not Muspelheim or Niflheim. These two places are only unlocked by finding three language runes a piece in the open world, before then returning to the Bifrost.

The very reason these realms are left to the side, is because they harbour the game's best Legendary armour. Muspelheim in particular is a gruelling combat arena you'll likely not stand a chance in until you're at least level 5 or so. Whether from acquisition or crafting materials, Muspelheim and Niflheim are essential if you want to play the game in style.
