One final rumor about the game is Gilbert Gottfried and Robert De Niro will be voice actors in GTA V. These are just rumors and nothing has been confirmed or denied by Take-Two. This is the second time the Los Angeles rumor has popped up and I think it is the most reliable rumor listed. As for the list of characters it is much harder to say, this is the second list of characters I have seen and both are crazy enough to be right.
