Using your phone you can hack into traffic lights, surveillance cameras, payphones, ATMs and even trains. The policing system from Watch Dogs has been brought over as well, with police scanning areas for the player's location and when combined with the overhauled interface and new animations for everything from walking to fighting it essentially transforms GTA IV into an entirely new experience. Imagine the possibilities - jumping to and from surveillance cameras and tinkering with traffic signals, resulting in massive pileups for miles around with the simple push of a button.
