GTA 6: 10 Killer Features That Would Make It Great
2. A More Complete Character Creation Suite
The character creation tools Rockstar use for GTA Online could do with a slight overhaul. Options are a little too limited for a game that's all about individuality and freedom of expression, so broadening the system should be near the top of the list come GTA 6.
That'll be even more true if Rockstar ditch their (admittedly outstanding) characterisation skills and let players craft their own hero/villain.
Creating anyone with as broad a personality as Michael De Santa or Carl Johnson would be a chore, there's no point in denying it. Still, Rockstar have successfully used the generic approach before. Claude in GTA 3 wasn't exactly John Marston, was he? It was up to the player and the world around them to add life to him.
That could be the case again, and it'd be nice to choose exactly what the core protagonist(s) look like. Think Saints Row IV here; that game had terrific options and allowed gamers to knock up a unique personality that reflected their own or ended up a complete departure from reality.
