GTA 6: 10 Reasons Vice City Is The Perfect Location

2. It's Vice City's Turn

Vice City is the only location of Grand Theft Auto's three, 3D settings that has yet to receive its own dedicated HD outing.

While Grand Theft Auto IV took players to the iconic (if a little drab) Liberty City, the fifth entry remedied the grey skylines using a healthy dose of sunlight, as we returned back out west in the streets of Los Santos.

The latter was a glorious reimagining of a city that, while implementing so many new quirks and additions, was faithful to the place we once knew. It was a homecoming to many of us twenty-somethings, and not allowing the same luxury to a city that was far more aesthetically interesting would be nothing short of a travesty.

We've yet to return (save for the awful 'definitive' edition) to the neon-drunk palm trees of Vice City since 2006's portable entry Vice City Stories, whereby the graphical fidelity left much to be desired, especially in hindsight.

Along with the gorgeous states present in the Red Dead Series and Bullworth Academy from Bully, Vice City, Los Santos and Liberty City are undoubtedly Rockstar Games' crowning achievements.

A return journey to Vice City is not only a matter of preference, but of fairness, also.
