5. Wade
Not long after we meet Trevor for the first time, we also come across Wade, one of the most distinctive characters in the game because he is, well, a Juggalo (for the lay person, that means he dresses up like a clown). The pre-release artwork amusingly refers to him as an "intellectual", something which is impossible to take seriously within seconds of meeting him. His various exchanges with Trevor demonstrate that he is, if anything, an anti-intellectual, and frequently the source of Trevor's manic frustrations. If the country bumpkin character has been done to death, then at least Wade has an individual look. More to the point, he's also somewhat charming in his stupidity, and so I sincerely hope that he survives to the end of the game.
