10. Lazlow Jones
Lazlow is no stranger to GTA in the slightest. In fact, he has been using the airwaves to flaunt his hilarious yet disturbing views on the world for a long time on talk radio. But now, he is in Los Santos, and surprisingly, he actually plays a rather big role in GTA V. Lazlow hosts his own show on the radio as always, but he's also presenter of Fame or Shame, a talent show which Michael's daughter would love to be on. Unfortunately for Lazlow, this brings about Michael's wrath, and the scorned father ends up chasing Lazlow through Los Santos. Michael's animosity towards the pony-tailed presenter crops up at various points in the game, often with hilarious results, including a later mission that helps you put Lazlow in his place once and for all. But never fear, he is alive and well, although he may prefer to stick to radio from now on.
