GTA V: 10 Incredible Things We Learned From The Achievement List

8. Online Really Matters

GTAV e It might sound like stating the obvious, but if last week's online unveiling left any doubt (it didn't), Rockstar is damn sure taking GTA V's multiplayer counterpart as seriously as the single-player campaign, perhaps finally fashioning an online offering as fiendishly addictive as Call of Duty's (which should make this November pretty damn interesting). Nevertheless, the fact that there are 17 achievements alone for GTA Online suggests how important it is, and how long they expect you to spend playing it. More to the point, one achievement rewards you for reaching Rank 100, and given that GTA IV only went up to Rank 10, that implies a great deal more complexity and involvement (though the ranks will naturally be shorter this time around).
