9. Customisable Vehicles?

carmod Another much-loved feature from San Andreas that was sadly absent from GTA IV was the ability to customise our vehicles. San Andreas made vehicle customisation a key feature and by providing us with a mod shop - Wheel Arch Angels - allowed us to choose between paint jobs, colours, exhaust types, spoilers, types of wheels and even add hydraulics and nitros. In fact, San Andreas was all about customisation - we could change our character's appearance from body weight through to hair style, which made it one of the most interactive games in the series. In November 2011, an unnamed 'PlayStation-focused' UK magazine supposedly leaked a raft of new Grand Theft Auto V details, including the apparent ability to "upgrade and repair" cars. Considering Wheel Arch Angels was a business in San Andreas in the 90's, it would make good sense for it to still be there by the time we return in the modern day, unless it was hit by a recession and closed...
