4. Vladimir Glebov - GTA IV

Vlad has been giving Roman Belic a lot of grief over money owed to him thanks to his massive gambling addiction, and has been making life a misery for Niko's beleaguered cousin. That is, until Niko turns up and finds out that Vlad has been having an affair with Roman's girlfriend, Mallorie Bardas. That proves to be the final straw as Niko confronts him at Comrades Bar and chases him through the neighbourhood, before shooting Vlad through the left eye socket under the Algonquin Bridge, causing a delightful fountain of blood to spurt into the air, before tossing his corpse into the Humboldt River.
