This death takes place in the mission "High Dive where the game's protagonist Luis Lopez walks straight into a trap atop the highest building in Liberty City. After spotting Tahir Saeed and Ahmed Khalil acting suspiciously near the top of Rotterdam Tower, Luis demands to know what is going on, and is told he has just walked into a bad situation. He promptly throws Tahir off the tower, before a cinematic shows him hurtling toward the ground below as a taxi driver comically observes "If I see another tourist today, I'm gonna puke!" just as Tahir's corpse smashes through his cab. The NOOSE then turn up in helicopters as Luis chases Khalil to the very sumit of Rotterdam Tower before throwing him off the roof as well and parachuting to the ground below.
