GTA V: 10 Things FPS Mode Must Have

7. Epic Melee Animations

Image124 Seriously, if you never played The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape From Butcher's Bay, grab the HD remake on 360. You missed out on one of the most physically immersive FPS experiences ever and certainly the best piece of entertainment in the Riddick IP. The first-person fight-mechanics centered around the brutal kind of melee combat you'd expect in a space prison. Bare and metal-knuckled brawls. Shivs, clubs and uppercuts. This was all on the original Xbox, with faces that bruised and swelled as you smacked them. We're not expecting a complete re-do on all things hand-to-hand violence, but a little bit of swing in our step when we clock someone with a crow-bar would be wonderful. Maybe FPS mode is just what GTA V's clunky, fight-control doctor ordered.

His profile picture features James as Serbian, vampire comic Dorde Mehailo with His anonymous Brother and Uncle at the Nerdmelt Showroom in West Hollywood. In James' spare time, he engages in acting, writing, athletics, hydration, hours of great pondering and generally wishing you'd like him.
