5. The Tap-Dancing Hillbilly
Included here more for fun than anything else, this is easily one of the funniest inclusions of all the secrets in the game. Sometimes it's nice to have Easter eggs and reference points that are no more than silliness, which don't ask anything from the player in terms of finding the original reference points, which is particularly nice after the head-scratching experience of the supposed "Nursery Rhyme Killer" in the last example. If you head up into the hills in the remote Atlas Lake region of San Andreas, you will find a likeness of famed mountain dancer Jesco White, a real life figure and champion of a unique style of dancing, combining tap with clog dancing. He can be found out in the open, dancing perpetually to an Ozark Mountain Daredevil's song played on the boombox behind him, which he sings along to. As an indication of Rockstar's commitment to this sort of tiny reference, the developer used motion capture technology to authentically capture White's dancing style. The same character also appears in the game as the host of the outlaw country station Rebel Radio.
