Music plays such a huge part in the GTA franchise that incorporating it effectively into your gaming experience is as vital a part of playing like a boss as any other. Theres nothing worse than jacking a car in a high-intensity cop chase and discovering that the owner was listening to free form jazz. And cycling through the stations to find that perfect chase soundtrack can quickly bring about the destruction of your vehicle in high-traffic. Real bosses know what station plays what type of music. That way they can pick their favourites with the bare minimum of civilian casualties and not only that, they can gauge which station works best with which situation. This is how it works in life, so why not in GTA?
