3. Never Wanted 
Okay, so you have just finished an arduous, laborious mission. Now you want to kick back, unwind, and let loose with a uzi in the middle of a busy street. Where's the harm in that? What you don't want is those pesky law enforcers chasing you down and spoiling all your fun. Going on an all out rampage with no risk of arrest was a fantastic way to blow off some steam in GTA San Andreas. The freedom of knowing you could just shoot someone in cold blood and suffer no repercussions was liberating at times, though of course it is still fun to evade the cops in a high speed pursuit, all guns blazing until the bitter end. Perhaps we could do both.
