When implemented, everyone wants you dead. And it's not just you they're trying to kill, oh no, the citizens of GTA will shoot at just about anyone. They'd even use heavy artilitary like rocket launchers, grenades and Molotov cocktails, making for a deadly and totally unpredictable environment where just about anything could happen. This cheat code has been available in all of the GTA titles since III, except for GTA IV. The titles have become quite boring in recent times with stagnant AI who are always the victims of your crime sprees and never the instigator of violence, so we really hope this cheat code makes a return to the series. It's about time Rockstar let the AI fight back!
