As mentioned, a variety of aircraft can be found in Grand Theft Auto V, from planes and helicopters through to blimps. The "Atomic Blimp" can be spotted floating above the streets and deserts of San Andreas and is even accessible if you pre-ordered the game. Along with being a fun and unique vehicle to commandeer, the blimp also provides a unique way to kill yourself. Hop into a plane and fly it around a little bit until you encounter this giant, floating bag of helium, and simply put your aircraft on a collision course with the blimp, and watch as both vehicles detonate in a huge explosion way above the ground. Another fun way to ensure there won't be a body to bury at your funeral is to send a plane nose-diving straight onto a highway and watch with glee as a succession of cars explode on impact.
