3. What Do The Protagonists Get Up To When Not Being Controlled?
One of the main things we're looking forward to finding out from the trailers is what each of the two "spare" characters get us up while we're wandering around as, say, Michael. Will we bump into Franklin in the middle of a hustle trying to con some random pedestrian? Will we look up and suddenly see Trevor marching across the street with a machine gun in hand on some mad, murderous rampage? We know that each of the characters we're not controlling will get on with their lives and will be found wandering throughout San Andreas. Rockstar even remarked "we'd be surprised by what situations we find them in" on our travels. Considering Red Dead Redemption-style "randomised dynamic missions" are featuring in the game, where we can encounter certain situations where a robbery is taking place, or someone is being mugged, we're wondering if we can interject in each of the encounters we find involving the non-controlled characters and what bearing this might have on the free-roaming aspect of the game.
