GTA V: 5 Reasons Why It's Become Boring

Gta V Michael In the two-and-a-half months since its hugely-anticipated release, Grand Theft Auto V has rarely failed to live up to its enormous hype and potential. The sales figures say as much - the highly-lucrative sandbox title earned its publishers, Rockstar Games, $1 billion in just three days, making it the fastest-selling entertainment property of all time. That was just one of seven Guinness World Records, it achieved, also becoming the highest grossing videogame in 24 hours and the best-selling action-adventure videogame in 24 hours. Fans queued for hours in some cases to help Rockstar achieve said feats, and many even booked time off work just to play the crime game on the day of its release, September 17. But, almost three months on from its launch on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles, does GTA V still have the same appeal as it once did, or has some of the shine worn off? We've spent most of the past 78 days basically living in Los Santos and its surrounding areas, following the trials and travails of Michael, Trevor and Franklin, the game's three protagonists. We've played missions, met 'strangers and freaks' and customarily blown stuff up, but we have to say, we're finding it all just a little bit tedious now. Here are 5 reasons why GTA V has become boring.
