3. It's Going To Be The Mose Immersive GTA Game Yet
As well as taking to the skies in a variety of aircraft, or tearing up the streets in a sports car as we speed through a red light before nearly mowing down a pedestrian, we will also be able to explore the murky depths of the Los Santos oceans. You see, the Grand Theft Auto series has come an awful long way since those days in Vice City where you'd see that ever-famous "Wasted" graphic after spending more than a couple of seconds in the sea. Today, GTA characters can swim and what's more, they can scuba dive, too. And jump in a submarine. Oceans in V are going to be both fully accessible and immersible and the seabed's will even be strewn with ship wrecks and sea creatures and plants, and will also be menacingly patrolled by sharks. That means firstly, the sheer scope of GTA V's map is going to seem bigger in scale than ever before when taking the oceans into account and secondly, one of the more immersive Rockstar have ever created. The thought of exploring ship wrecks or engaging in battles with a shark (harpoons, anyone?) is enough to make me excited for September's release - you can keep your cars, motorbikes and sidewalks, thank you very much.
