GTA V: 8 Disturbing Locations & Secrets You Totally Missed

5. The Alien Hidden In The Ice

If you thought that the opening prologue mission of GTA V was purely a way to get you familiar with the controls and mechanics of the game, then you've got no idea just how much content Rockstar are able to cram into their releases. Not only is North Yankton more open than the game lets on, it's home to a fair share of secrets and easter eggs that most people would have missed on their first playthrough. By far the most creepy comes in the form of a grimacing alien creature that's been trapped under a frozen lake. If you take a sharp turn out into the fields as you're making your escape from the cops, you can head out onto the rather spacious lake yourself, and after a bit of snooping around, should be able to find the little Xenopmorph frozen in the ice. Although UFOs have been a constant source of absurdest, easter egg fun in the GTA series' past, the extra-terrestrial artefacts you can find here perhaps point to a more elaborate conspiracy than fans may have originally thought.
