3. Upping the Gunplay Ante
Let's face it, the shooting mechanics in Grand Theft Auto IV weren't quite as smooth as butter, and they certainly need to be tweaked in order to provide a better experience in the middle of an intense shootout. Shootouts are going to happen. That's just a scientific fact. With Rockstar having finished development on Max Payne 3 it seems that they can use a great amount of the information they gained from the action shooter and inject it into GTA V. Max Payne 3 relied heavily on focusing in on perfecting shooting gameplay, and it seems foolish if they don't inject some aspect of what they learned into Grand Theft Auto V.
