5. GTA V Character Trailer: Michael
Equally impressive apart from the world and gameplay is Rockstar's character development with GTA V's main protagonists Michael, Franklin, and Trevor. All three are so well done that Rockstar apparently felt the need to release each character's own unique trailer showcasing their personality. Like any great protagonist these videos serve as great introductions to both what the character wants and what stands in their way. It gives the status quo of their lives and how they want to see a change. Michael's trailer displays a rich man with a horror show of a personal family life trying to sort himself out by seeing a therapist. You get a sense that he is in fact a terrible person, but for some reason you still want to see him win.
