GTA V: Remastered - 15 Brand New Features You Need To Know About
Rockstar's HD upgrade feels like an entirely new entry in the series.
Not long now, not long until we finally get an HD remaster that's actually worth forking out the big-bucks for. The vast majority of what's been released so far have been marginally-upgraded overall, with a noticeable coat of paint lacquered onto the textures of the game itself and not much else. Although the main reason behind bringing an old classic out of the ether again is meant to just be for the sake of those people who missed it first time round, there are always going to be a certain number of original fans that are on the fence as to whether they should get stuck in for a second time. Luckily Rockstar - in all their amazingly-talented ways - have cottoned onto this notion, packing the PS4/Xbox One and PC version of the game with enough fully revamped assets to genuinely make it feel like a distinguishable entry into the franchise. We've covered a handful of new inclusions over here, but since that article thanks to press and other people getting some valuable hands-on time there's far more that's been unveiled. It's about time a really big-name developer got behind this spate of re-released titles and did them justice for the future too, as in the run-up to Xmas we're still waiting on that one incredibly addictive title that we can show off to friends, recommend to newcomers of gaming in general and copiously indulge in ourselves.
