"Just like the other GTAs, I got bored of this after messing around using cheats(the best part of the game), seeing the highest points of the game and being disappointed. Driving cars is the best part and that's not executed as well as other games do."

Again, we start with a sweeping generalisation about the GTA series that says more about the user than the next statements about the game. Did They Play? Yes, but definitely not the right way. Diagnosis You clearly aren't playing right, and it's not exactly shocking to note that you're not gaining what other players are from your curiously idiotic approach to "sampling" the game's chief wares. Judging the "highest points" of a game in terms of the over-powering offered by cheats is clearly not how a normal person goes about judging its merits, which perhaps gives some context to the odd assertion that driving cars is the best part (it's not, the mechanics are still occasionally infuriating.) Also, if you consider GTA a driving game, you're pretty much wrong from the get-go.
