Hitman 3: 10 Locations That Would Make Great Levels
4. Cruise Ship
Why has there never been a Hitman level based on a cruise ship?
Yes, I know Death on the Mississippi kind of counts, but it was only a small river vessel. There was also that training mission but that wasn't even a real ship. What we want to see is a giant luxury vessel, one full of casinos, restaurants, and leisure facilities. It would also be full of very rich and influential people, how convenient.
Cruise ships are basically floating cities. They have everything a person would need on board, there are shops, bars, theatres, gyms, restaurants, medical facilities, and cinemas just to name a few. This multitude of locations would offer countless opportunities that Agent 47 could use.
Of course, we must think about the targets that would work in this location. Apart from the obvious wealthy individuals, you have any number of people that are experts in their field. Top chefs, health experts, and security, who’s to say what they did in their past?
I suppose the only problem that could be brought up about this location is the escape, what with being surrounded by sea on all sides. Let’s be honest though, Agent 47 is an expert assassin, these little things won’t stop him. Boats, helicopters, and passing ships could all be used as a way off the vessel. Maybe 47 should just stay on board and enjoy the ride, he’s definitely earned it.
