3. Deathstroke

Premier Skin for: Deadshot.

Despite making an appearance in the first Injustice, it seems as if Deathstroke has been cut from the roster this time around in favour of Deadshot. The best compromise would be to have Deathstroke appear as a Premier Skin for Deadshot.

Besides Shazam appearing as Black Adam's Premier Skin, Deathstroke makes the most sense to appear as a Premier Skin. Much like Shazam and Nightwing, Deathstroke originally had a place on the first game's roster, only to be left out in the sequel for a different character. Considering how popular the character is, this was a huge disappointment to fans.

Because of how close Deadshot and Deathstroke are in terms of their abilities, it makes perfect sense to add Deathstroke back to the game as a Premier Skin for Deadshot. All that really needs to be changed is Deathstroke's use of pistols rather than Flint's arm guns. After this changes, Deathstroke and Deadshot are almost indistinguishable.

Another possible candidate for a Premier Skin for Deathstroke would be Red Hood, who has recently been confirmed as a DLC character. Because Red Hood also uses dual pistols, it would be entirely possible to just change his look to that of Deathstroke.
