18. Brainiac

Given his billing as a big enough villain to warrant the unity of the two warring sides of Injustice, Brainiac is definitely the biggest new deal in this whole game. We are yet to see much actual gameplay, but the story insights we've seen suggest a range of extraordinary powers and heavy reliance on his robotic arms to devastating effect.
