9. Supergirl

Super-strong, super-quick and super-agile, Supergirl is one of the game's most eye-catching new additions. She's well suited to ranged attack, impressive combos and speed, in contrast to Superman's brawling style. She also comes with a super move involving flying her opponent into space, flinging them at an asteroid belt and firing them and the asteroids back to the surface.

"As a child Kara Zor-El witnessed the devastation of Krypton before she was sent to Earth on a mission to protect her infant cousin, Kal-El. Arriving on Earth decades too late, she discovered that grown-up Kal has been imprisoned. Still determined to protect her family, and its legacy, Kara will fight her cousin’s enemies as Supergirl."
