5. Kite Man
Despite how obviously ridiculous the idea of Kite Man is, he has had quite a resurgence in the pages of DC Comics as of late, due in part to his appearances in Tom King's recent Batman run.
The character, being absurd to the extreme, would certainly make for a interesting contrast to the rest of Injustice's roster, and if he can survive being thrown off a skyscraper by Deathstroke then he can surely carry his weight in NetherRealm's arena.
And, with his ridiculous kite-based fighting style, seeing him clash with the likes of Superman would make for some comically brilliant battles.
