Speech is invaluable when it comes to bartering/haggling and convincing the townsfolk that blood all over your gambeson isn't anything to worry about.

To really hone in on how to get this up - other than just talking as much as possible - is to focus on which conversation options are still white.

Notice how the "wanna trade?"-type option is greyed after first selecting it, no matter who you're talking to? It's because you've exhausted any semblance of a "conversation" from this option. Make a point of talking to everyone in a given place, and picking threads that are still filled in as white.

Even if Henry presents the same question, the response is often different, ranking up your Speech stat far faster.
